Armstrong has been providing locally produced, original programming for over 50 years. High school sports has been an integral part of that coverage. With the current varying guidelines surrounding high school sports and spectators, the Armstrong Neighborhood Channel is working to help fans catch all the action this fall.
Many school districts broadcast sports and other activities on their school channels, which are available to all Armstrong video customers. Additionally, some districts have partnered with third-party streaming services or have chosen to stream the events themselves. When available, you will still be able to watch certain games on your local Armstrong Neighborhood Channel. “We continue to work closely with Superintendents and Athletic Directors in districts across the Armstrong footprint,” stated Ken Ashley, VP of Marketing. Ken added, “We will continue to stay close to our community’s schools and when schedules are finalized and coverage is determined, Armstrong will help connect fans to their favorite high school sports.”
