We can all agree, it is time to bid farewell to the year 2020. Our hope is to welcome 2021 and see it filled with good health and normalcy. This past year has opened our eyes to what we really need versus what we thought we needed. It has also taught us to find enjoyment in simple things and to miss the people we can’t see as often. We have learned to adapt in ways we never imagined, and appreciate what is in front of us.
For this week’s What To Do Wednesday, we suggest you Purchase Local Spirits & Toast 2021! Our local businesses need our support more than ever. They have struggled this past year with closures, restrictions and changes in operations. When you purchase from a local business, the level of appreciation is unmatched. Owners feel the support and depend on it.

We suggest purchasing your local spirits to toast 2021 from one of our Chamber Members! This includes Kingview Mead, Libations Winery/Volant Winery, and MLH Distillery. You can purchase bottles from any (or all) of them to help you ring in the New Year and toast 2021. Of course, all adults should drink responsibly, but that goes without saying! Your support of these local businesses will help to make their new year brighter as they continue to operate during these difficult times. You may also want to purchase bottles for friends or family who may enjoy this festive surprise left on their doorstep!
