All women in the workplace are invited to the Annual Working Women’s Luncheon on Wednesday, April 23, 2014. The event will be held at Grove City Country Club from noon – 1:30 PM. Lunch will be served. Marcy Covert, owner of Broad Street Yoga, will present “Yoga, On and Off the Mat: Using an Ancient Practice to Navigate Modern Day Challenges”. Price per person is $15. Downtown Sounds is a concert series with FREE concerts presented on the second Thursday of every month June through October with a few additional Special Saturday concerts. All are held in the Joseph D. Monteleone Youth Festival Park from 6:30 – 8:30 PM. Rain venue is located at The Hub across the street (beside beans on broad). Bring lawn chairs as seating is limited. Local restaurants will be on hand selling food and drink.

Cash Mobs are an exciting and fun way to stimulate the local economy by supporting locally owned businesses!
Cash Mob participants should meet at the Chamber office at 10:30 AM on the third Saturday of every month with at least $20 to spend at a locally owned business. If at least 25 participants are there a $50 cash prize will be awarded to one lucky participant courtesy of Click Family Chiropractic and a $25 gift card will be awarded to a lucky participant courtesy of Nonni’s Corner Trattoria.
