Did you know that on average, American adults gain 7 pounds each year between Halloween and New Year’s? And, losing that excess weight takes about 6 months! Join Paula Renninger, Fitness and Nutrition Coach to learn tips for enjoying the upcoming holiday parties and get-togethers while maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Paula teaches three lifestyle classes for our community, based at Grove City Medical Center: MOVE is a low-impact fitness program for those with mobility issues and sedentary lifestyles; LEAN is a lifestyle and weight management class that helps participants learn tools and reduce cholesterol, improve metabolism, and manage thyroid symptoms while increasing energy. New to her schedule is “Stall the Fall”, a fall prevention program based on strength, flexibility, and balance.
Enjoy breakfast, networking, and an educational presentation!

The Bach Society will once again enchant the Grove City area with wonderful Christmas choral music at our concert – Tell Me Who This Child Is! Join us Saturday, December 7th 2019 at Tower Presbyterian Church at 7:30 PM to enjoy the concert. This concert is free to the public and we hope to see you there!
