Grove City Area Chamber of Commerce presents Drive-In & Dine Out on Saturday, September 19th at GCHS Practice Field (via Stowe Street)! This event is sponsored by Armstrong and Image FX!
Arrive at 7 PM to pay admission ($10 ages 13+, $5 ages 3-12, FREE ages 2 and under), get your boxed meal, and be directed to your parking spot. Enjoy dinner provided by local restaurants (menu in graphic). At dusk (approximately 8 PM) the movie, A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood, will begin and last 109 minutes. Water, pop, and freshly popped popcorn will be available for sale. Limited to 250 people to meet safety guidelines. Masks required for common areas and restrooms and any time you cannot be at least 6-feet away from those not within your household. Remain in your vehicle to enjoy the movie, or bring a lawn chair to sit in front of your vehicle.
Advanced tickets will not be sold in case safety guidelines change and event is not able to be held as planned.
The Grove City Area Chamber of Commerce’s 39th Annual Chamber Day Golf Scramble is Wednesday, September 23, 2020 at Grove City Country Club. Lunch will begin at 11 AM, golf will begin at Noon. Registration is required in advance. Contact the Chamber for registration details or complete and return the registration form. Grove City Borough Council Members announced Trick-or-Treating in Grove City is set for 4-6 PM on Saturday, October 31st. This same schedule is expected to be followed by these communities: Borough of Grove City, Harrisville, and the townships of Pine, Liberty and Springfield.
Residents wishing to hand out candy are encouraged to turn on their porch lights. Participants are asked to follow social distancing guidelines and do their part to keep everyone safe.
