This week’s What To Do Wednesday suggestion includes Beef Jerky & a Hike! Each week we offer an idea of something you can do in the Grove City area. Sometimes, like this week, our suggestion can be done locally or you may decide to start your adventure here and then venture further out. Wherever you decide to go, you need to start by reading this post!
Enjoying the outdoors is something many of us try to do. This is especially true during the summer months when the days are longer and the sun shines a little more often. There are many adventures you can have in the great outdoors. This week, for What To Do Wednesday, we suggest your adventure starts with beef jerky and continues with a hike.
At Grove City Premium Outlets you can find many stores to satisfy your shopping desires. But, did you know that there is an entire store filled with beef jerky? There are so many different flavors, you will struggle to choose just one. So, be prepared to try multiple flavors, you won’t be disappointed! They have flavors to satisfy everyone’s taste. From original to spicy, they have it all. They even have flavors like dill pickle and Old Bay Seasoning! You can also choose whether you want snack pack sizes, larger sizes, or perhaps you prefer meat sticks. They’ve got you covered! Beef Jerky Outlet is located in Unit #1105 at Grove City Premium Outlets. Visit their website at https://www.beefjerkyoutlet.com/grove-city to see everything they have to offer and get your shopping list ready!
Why do we suggest going to Beef Jerky Outlet? That is the first step in this week’s suggestion, because beef jerky is packed with protein. Protein is an important part of fueling your body with energy. Beef jerky lends itself well as a convenient snack you can pack and take along with you. That will come in handy for the second step of our suggestion, the hike!
Whether you are an avid hiker, a beginner, or somewhere in between, there is a trail waiting for you. You can hike in our local Grove City area, or you can travel to one of many nearby places to hike. You can try hiking a trail at Moraine State Park, McConnell’s Mills, or a number of other nearby places. Be sure to do a little research and know the area before you start your trail. Remember safety comes first! Do things like map your route, bring a compass, plenty of water, let people know where you will be hiking, bring your cell phone, and, of course, your beef jerky! Enjoy the outdoors!
