Every Wednesday we like to make suggestions of things you can do locally. Sometimes, we all just need a little reminder of the great options we have to entertain ourselves in our own community. For this week’s What To Do Wednesday suggestion, we turn to Fair Haven Farms and their Pumpkins, Painting & Popcorn!
Have you visited Fair Haven Farms yet? They are a local farm right here in Grove City, PA located on Lee Road. They are open every weekend during September and October. They have a pumpkin patch, hayrides, corn maze, pumpkin chunkin, lots of children’s activities and entertainment, and a great hayloft gift shop. But, did you know they have been doing special themed weekends and often do special events throughout the year?
For this week’s What To Do Wednesday, we thought we would remind everyone to get to Fair Haven Farms before they are closed for the season! This weekend, October 24th and 25th, Fair Haven Farms is presenting Pumpkins, Painting & Popcorn! You can pick out and purchase your pumpkins, then decorate them for FREE! And, if you enter your pumpkins in the decorating contest at 3 PM, you can enjoy FREE popcorn too! This sounds like the perfect Fall activity to us! You can be artsy, enjoy Fall, and have a decoration to bring home!
So, everyone remember to get out to Fair Haven Farms before they are closed for the season! You will regret it if you miss out on all of the Fall fun they have to offer. Remember, this week’s What To Do Wednesday suggestion is specific for this weekend on October 24th and/or 25th to take part in Pumpkins, Painting & Popcorn!
