Join Paula Renninger, Fitness and Nutrition Coach to learn tips for enjoying the upcoming holiday parties and get-togethers while maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Paula teaches three lifestyle classes for our community, based at Grove City Medical Center: MOVE is a low-impact fitness program for those with mobility issues and sedentary lifestyles; LEAN is a lifestyle and weight management class that helps participants learn tools and reduce cholesterol, improve metabolism, and manage thyroid symptoms while increasing energy. New to her schedule is “Stall the Fall”, a fall prevention program based on strength, flexibility, and balance.
